Compared with traditional timber decking, although the initial outlay for composite decking is more, the long term benefits far outweigh timber making it a very cost effective investment.
Composite decking is manufactured using FSC 100% Certified Wood Flour and Recycled Plastic making it an ethical choice.
With 3 ranges of DDecks deck boards available (see below), along with all accessories required for a full install, there is something available for every taste, design need and budget.
One Board – Two Choices
This cost-effective, low-maintenance range offers the choice of two practical finishes and four colours – a reverse board design with woodgrain and brushed finish.
Stand out from the Crowd
A premium range, the D3 range has a 3D textured wood grain effect embossed directly within the surface of the board.
Designed to give the most realistic wood effect on the market mimicking the deep grain variations, subtle colour changes and patterns seen in natural wood. And with no two boards being exactly the same, the D3 is the perfect solution for those who want a timber-look without the faff.
Like the DuroDual, these boards are reversible – giving the option of the timber or a traditional grooved effect effect.
A superior board with higher performance
Our top range and most popular board, the Duro360, has superior design, protection and durability of all our ranges.
Manufactured using an advanced co-extrusion technique which extrudes two materials at the same time giving the boards a naturally layered appearance providing enhanced protection and a high performance. The outer layer tightly encases the inner layer providing 360 degrees of cover to the core materials.
With a subtle embossed woodgrain on one side, and a light brush effect on the other, and in a choice of five colours with a 20 year warranty, these boards are a great choice.
With its easy install, low maintenance and durability traits, our composite decking will last for many years and does not require all the maintenance, treating, painting etc. a timber deck requires – an additional saving on time and money.
Other advantages of having a composite deck over a timber deck is that it is highly slip resistant, will not warp or splinter and does not need treating to keep it looking nice.
When looking at the above, it is easy to see that a Composite Deck is a good investment and, over the lifetime of the deck, is definitely a cost-effective choice.
